Q. Can I bring a friend / partner that doesn’t participate in the Soul Surfing schedule?
A. Yes, We can tailor the package to suit your needs. Just contact us.

Q. If I decide not to participate in all activities in the itinerary, do I still pay the same amount?
A. No, this can be adjusted.

Q. Can I bring my friend who rides a body board?
A. Of course, they are great speed bumps. Everyone is welcome.

Q. Would you arrange it so I could share a room with someone else if possible to lower the cost?
A. Yes, if we have two or more parties that agree to share, no problems.

Q. What do we do if there is really bad weather or the waves are too big or too small?
A. We can usually find waves, however we do have some alternate activities if this is the case; sea Kayaking, indoor rock climbing, 4WD tours and more.

Q. Do you cater for vegetarians or celiac?
A. Yes, just let us know

Q. Do I need to bring my own board or wetsuit for the tour?
A. If you have them yes, if not we can arrange them for you.

Q. Do the beginners surf in the same spot over the days at the retreat?
A. This depends on conditions, we will move beaches when suitable.

Q. What can I do while we wait for a flight, train or bus service?
A. Talk to us and we can arrange something for you.

Q. Is parking space provided at the Observatory Resort?
A. Yes, secure parking.

Q. Do I need to provide afternoon tea? It isn’t in the inclusions.
A. There is plenty of food, however you know how much you eat and having some snacks around won’t hurt.

Q. Will the pricing adjust automatically as I make different selections in the booking system?
A. Yes, but if you find a problem please let us know.

Q. What is the weather like in Port Macquarie?
A. Perfect. Well most of the time. It has been labelled by the CSIRO as the most ideal climate in Australia.

Q. Can I buy Pure Earth products through Soul Surfing?
A. Yes, they are beautiful products and worth taking home.

Q. Can I pay off my retreat in instalments?
A. We require a 10% deposit when booking but yes you can pay it off in instalments if that suits you. Please speak with us to arrange this.
