The journey begins with the awesome challenge of surfing. Although this surf lesson is optional, every woman has loved the nurtured, safe and cleansing start to their day. Led by a female qualified coach with years of experience and understanding of your needs, the surfing or beach time will begin to open your heart.

Every workshop since Soul Sisters began 10 years ago has been unique and carefully selected. Workshops are facilitated by local women who deliver their expert gifts and talents from their hearts to support you with experiences you will never forget,
